Sally Jackson

Principal Lawyer

Sally founded SJ Lawyers & Associates and its immigration branch-out Crossing borders after working several years for a well-renowned global law firm. Sally was a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1277001) specialising in Australian Immigration Law since 2011 until the passing of the Migration Amendment (Regulation of Migration Agents) Act 2020 which came into effect on 22 March 2021.

Sally has extensive experience in all areas of Australian Immigration, including complex appeals, and citizen applications. She also practices in Conveyancing/Property Law, Wills and Estate Planning, and Family Law.

Such experience is strengthened and diversified through her former Engineering background and by her liaisons with clients from diverse cultures.
